Viki Carter is a consultant Head of Production/Production Executive and trainer with over 20 years experience in Unscripted TV. She has worked across multiple genres ranging from shiny floor to factual entertainment formats to access documentaries. In the last couple of years she has branched out into training covering all areas of production management as well as leadership and management, negotiation and job sharing. Experienced in job sharing both as a participant and an employer, Viki offers valuable insights into this flexible working arrangement and actively supports its wider use in the industry.

Viki was a founder member and is now co-Chair of UTVU (the Unscripted branch of Bectu) and is a keen advocate of improving conditions for freelancers in the industry.
