Camise and Rachel share a passion for inclusion in the workplace and good working practice since having their own families. Alongside a fellow colleague called Misli Akdag, they founded a collective for film and TV mothers, with a focus on creating a safe space for women and mothers to continue working and to explore and share their experiences. Camise and Rachel champion the notion of working flexibly so that crew members can have a life as well as a meaningful career.
Camise Oldfield has 15+ years of first-hand experience working in film and HETV as an accredited Mental Health First Aider, and has run teams of film Graphic designers as the HOD position for over 8 years. She is also the current Chair of the Union of Film & TV graphic designers. Camise has completed i-act manager training and is a trained Well being Facilitator.
Rachel Corbould has worked in the film industry for 15 years, she’s a mother, a Senior Production buyer in set dec, a job sharer/flexible worker, part of a double film family and raised in a double film family.
