CrewHQ Job-Sharer Programme

We are excited to announce that ReelTime Media are partnering with Warner Bros CrewHQ to pilot a new job‑share training programme. Creating a pool of job-sharing talent to help address the retention of skilled workers within Feature Film and HETV Drama production.

The programme is aimed at existing Warner Bros crew in off‑screen below the line roles, working or returning to work, with at least 3 credits in Feature Film or HETV Drama. We will be working with participants from all backgrounds and circumstances – including those who may be returning from parental leave, have caring responsibilities, managing a health condition, or looking for a better work-life balance. Including roles from the following departments:

  • Art Department
  • Hair and Make‑Up
  • Costume
  • Sound
  • Camera
  • Production
  • Locations
  • Post‑Production

  • audience in an auditorium during a presentation
  • groups of people around tables in a workshop

Delivered on site at CrewHQ in Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden by ReelTime Media’s skilled trainers and coaches, the programme will work with individuals on how to be a successful job-sharer, to empower them and improve confidence.

The programme features 1-2-1 sessions with experienced coaches, as well as empowering group sessions, giving individuals a valuable opportunity to train with other like-minded crew, and work towards their next career move in a job-share.
